October 2007 Newsletter
Dear Parents,
Thank you to everyone who supported our Autumn Fair. We made £650.00 for school and the afternoon was a very pleasant social occasion. If you would like to have a say in how this money is spent then come to the next Friends Association meeting on Monday November 19th at 7.00 pm. All new members are welcome.
Unifom
Mrs Curry is preparing a new order for uniform and so she needs all orders in by Monday October 15th. Please remember to put your child?s name in sweatshirts and coats and every so often check that your child is not wearing someone else?s!
Dogs
A few years ago the governors decided that for health and safety reasons dogs would not be allowed on the school grounds. If you have a dog and walk it to meet your child, please do not bring it on to the premises.
Photographer
The photographer will be in school on the afternoon of October 16th. A separate letter will be sent asking you if you want your child?s photo taken.
Also, The Friends Association is preparing a school Christmas Calendar which features class photos. If you do not want your child to appear on the calendar please complete the slip at the bottom of this letter and return it to school.
Spoons!
If you pack a cold lunch that requires a spoon please also pack a spoon!
Unfortunately, we do not have enough spoons for children on cold lunches as well as hot!
